The Culinary Innovation Labs were created to advance the science and future of Saudi food. Our purpose is to study local ingredients, analyze traditional techniques, and translate them into new products, applications, and solutions. The Labs are where researchers, chefs, food producers, and innovators work side by side to explore, test, and validate ideas that can shape the next generation of Saudi cuisine and food systems.

Built in partnership with the Culinary Arts Commission and leading universities, the Culinary Innovation Labs provide a structured environment for experimentation. Teams use specialized equipment, controlled testing spaces, and research-based methods to improve processes, understand ingredient behavior, design sustainable solutions, and develop prototypes ready for industry adoption.

WHY WE EXIST

We exist because Saudi Arabia is living a culinary awakening. Chefs are pushing boundaries, producers are experimenting with local ingredients, and consumers are seeking authenticity, quality, and innovation.
